South Park is back to tackle COVID-19 in a special one-hour episode

Nearly a year after we last spent time in South Park, Cartman and the gang are back for a special hour-long COVID-19 episode on September 30.

Here is the official synopsis:

Randy comes to terms with his role in the COVID-19 outbreak as the on-going pandemic presents continued challenges to the citizens of South Park. The kids happily head back to school but nothing resembles the normal that they once knew; not their teachers, not their homeroom, not even Eric Cartman.

Will Cartman lead the anti-mask brigade? Will Kenny succumb to COVID? We’ll find out when the “very special” episode of South Park hits Comedy Central on September 30. Check out the trailer below.
