Montreal duo FHANG has shared the video for “Something Real,” the second single off their upcoming full-length LP. On this latest track, the duo — made up of Mishka Stein (Patrick Watson, TEKE::TEKE) and producer/engineer Sam Woywitka (Half Moon Run) — offer up an ethereal soundscape complete with thumping bass and an unexpected turn towards the dance floor.
Stein and Woywitka also directed the video, which features the pair sitting down for an unnerving tea party before morphing into a neon-drenched kaleidoscopic performance.
Check out the video below. (As a warning, the video features flashing images that may be triggering for those with photosensitive epilepsy.)
FHANG’s debut album is due this August via Woywitka’s Hidden Ship label.
