Montreal Jazz Fest day nine in photos: Bran Van 3000, Suuns, Cadence-Weapon, and more

Bran Van 3000 Montreal Jazz Fest

Montreal music collective Bran Van 3000 made a triumphant local return on Friday night, headlining a massive outdoor show during the ninth day of the Montreal International Jazz Festival.

Celebrating the 25th anniversary of their smash debut album, Glee, the sprawling band led thousands of fans in singalongs to favorites like the inescapable “Drinking in L.A.”

Along with Bran Van, the day also featured a wildly electric mix of artists including Suuns, Cadence-Weapon, Cedric-Burnside, Laufey, Serpentwithfeet, Urban Science Brass Band, and more.

Check out photos from the day via Bad Feeling Magazine photographer Eva Blue below. You can find all of our coverage of this year’s Montreal Jazz Fest here.
