The Montreal Jazz Festival pulled out all the stops for the 10th and final day of this year’s festival, wrapping up in style with a huge outdoor headlining set from hip hop icons The Roots.
The band delivered a joyous mix of hip hop, R&B, soul, and jazz before tens of thousands of fans, providing the kind of exuberant dance party the city clearly needed after a long two years.
In addition to The Roots, the final night of the festival featured sets from first-wave Los Angeles punk legends X, Jesse Cook, and more.
