November 24 – The Great Sabatini – Turbo Haus
Montreal noise rockers The Great Sabatini rage like they’re applying for a spot on the mid-90’s AmRep roster, and this record release show for their upcoming Goodbye Audio LP is a doozy, featuring actual 90’s noise rock band Shallow North Dakota, along with Cellos and Pale Mare. 9:00, $12.

November 25 – Jessie Reyez at L’Astral
After her blowout free show at the Montreal Jazz Fest this summer, Toronto R&B singer Jessie Reyez returns to headline her own show at L’Astral (sold out). Her latest EP, Being Human in Public, is out now. Savannah Ré opens. 8:00 pm.

November 27 – The Dirty Nil at L’Esco
Toronto’s The Dirty Nil have been crafting their high-energy, hook-laced melodic punk for a few years now, and their latest LP, Master Volume, is their best yet. If you couldn’t make it out to The Fest in Florida last month, this is the next best thing. Dead Soft and Pale Lips open. 8:30 pm, $13.

November 28 - Sloan at Cafe Campus
Sloan remain a shining light for Canadian rock, consistently releasing solid albums and putting on marathon, career-spanning sets that they switch up every night. Their latest, 12, is one of their strongest in years, filled with power-pop earworms that stand up with the very best in their deep catalogue. The band will play two sets, with no opener. 8:30 pm, $25.

November 28 - Cloud Nothings at L'Astral
On their just-released sixth LP, Last Building Burning, indie rockers Cloud Nothings return to the gritty sound of their earlier records, resulting in one of their most frenetic albums to date. Vancouver's The Courtneys round out the bill, along with locals Tamayugé. 8:00 pm, $23.
