Listen to Weezer’s previously fan club only 7″ now

Weezer re-instated their long-dormant fan club recently, which included an exclusive 7″ featuring the previously unreleased track “Everybody Needs Salvation.” According to Stereogum, the track was recorded during 2014’s Everything Will Be Alright in the End sessions, and the song definitely has the early-Weezer feel of that record.

Take a listen to “Everybody Needs Salvation” below. If we sent away for the Blue Album lyrics by mail in 1994 are we automatically granted entry into the new prestigious fan club? Karl?

Weezer will return to Montreal this summer as part of Osheaga. Tickets are available here.
