Weezer announces surprise new album “OK Human,” out on January 29th

Masters of the internet, Weezer has just announced the surprise release of a new album, OK Human, out on January 29th.

Presumably a takeoff on Radiohead’s classic OK Computer, OK Human features 12 tracks, including the first single “All My Favorite Songs,” which drops on Thursday, January 21st at 12 am EST, which is also when album pre-orders go up on the Weezer web store. The band notes that their website “will be the only place to order vinyl from while the stores stock up.”

Weezer was supposed to release their hard rock Van Weezer album last year to coincide with their stadium tour alongside Green Day and Fall Out Boy, which was postponed due to the outbreak of the coronavirus (Van Weezer is now scheduled to come out on May 7, 2021).

Check out the tracklist for OK Human and the elaborate cover art by Mattias Adolfsson below.
