Video Premiere: Montreal punks Conditions Apply strap on their ”Bulletproof Boots”

Montreal punk band Conditions Apply (vocalist/guitarist Steve Schrammel, bassist Jonah Aspler and drummer Marie-Eve Turcotte) has released their first video, a fun throwback clip for the track ”Bulletproof Boots,” which we’re premiering below. The song comes from the band’s upcoming debut LP, Rage & Ignorance.

Playing fast-paced melodic punk with elements of street-punk and oi! in the mix, Conditions Apply should appeal equally to fans of classic Lookout! Records acts along with more charged-up street punk like The Pist. Featuring members of bands including Lumpin Proletariat, All The Answers, Ballast, …And The Saga Continues, Mental Fix, and Hard Charger, Conditions Apply bring a long pedigree of Canadian punk rock passion to their genre-mixing stew.

Check out the video for ”Bulletproof Boots” below, which features cameos from Montreal punk mainstays like singer-songwriter Chris Snelgrove and Shawn from Dopethrone (also owner of the iconic record shop Sound Central).

Conditions Apply are hitting the Canadian East Coast for a tour with Hard Charger; head to the band’s Facebook page for all upcoming dates.
