The Misfits playing Walk Among Us in full at Chicago’s Riot Fest 2022

Get ready fiends — the (Original) Misfits will don their devil locks to perform their classic 1982 album Walk Among Us in full at Chicago’s Riot Fest in 2022. The only other announced act so far is the reunited My Chemical Romance, who pushed their entire reunion tour back a year. The rest of the lineup will be revealed next spring.

If you want to sing yourself hoarse to the Misfits much sooner than 2022, the band will headline a night of the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento, California, on October 9. Metallica will bookend their set with headline performances the day before and after, promising two different setlists.

The Misfits lineup for these shows features Glenn Danzig on vocals, Jerry Only on bass, and Doyle on guitar.

We interviewed Danzig a few years back and discussed his Elvis covers album, when the out-of-print Danzig records might see a vinyl repress, why he’s not on Twitter, and more. Check that out here.
