Slayer return to Heavy Montreal this July for their “last show ever in Quebec”

After headlining a massive show at Place Bell last spring as part of their “final tour,” thrash metal legends Slayer are heading back to Quebec for what is being billed as their final ever performance in the province. Slayer is the first announced band for this summer’s Heavy Montreal, which goes down July 27-28 at Parc Jean-Drapeau.

Tickets for Heavy Montreal 2019 are available here, along with a Warrior Pass that includes access to ’77 Montreal the day before. The lineup for ’77 Montreal will be announced in the new year.

While we wait for summer to roll around to hear “Angel of Death” on final time, revisit our photos and review from Slayer’s Place Bell show below, also featuring Behemoth, Anthrax, Testament, and Lamb of God, along with our recap from last year’s Heavy Montreal.
