Rick Moranis assaulted at random in New York City’s Upper West Side

Comedy legend Rick Moranis was the victim of what appears to be a random attack outside an apartment building in New York’s Upper West Side.

Video footage shows a man punch Moranis and calmly keep walking down the street. The incident occurred yesterday morning on Central Park West near West 70 St Manhattan. New York police shared a video of the attack in hopes someone could identify the assailant.

The star of Ghostbusters, Little Shop of Horrors, and Spaceballs went to the ER after the attack, and then reported the incident to the police.

Here’s hoping for a speedy recovery! Hopefully, the perpetrator is identified and brought to justice.
