Sons of Apollo
Corona Theatre
February 3, 2020
Prog rock supergroup Sons of Apollo just released their second album, MMXX, and brought their tour in support of it to a packed Corona Theatre in Montreal on Monday night. Featuring Jeff Scott Soto on vocals (ex-Journey, ex-Yngwie Malmsteen’s Rising Force), the band’s incredible lineup also includes Dream Theatre alumni Mike Portnoy and Derek Sherinian, Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal (formerly of Guns N’ Roses), and Billy Sheehan (of David Lee Rith’s band).
Below you can check out photos from the night, including opener Tony MacAlpine, via Eric Brisson. For more information and all upcoming tour dates, head over to the official Sons of Apollo site.
