POP Montreal is throwing a free multi-disciplinary online festival this June, and it looks incredible

POP Montreal is throwing an online party this June, with a multi-disciplinary lineup of virtual events including live-streamed concerts, a virtual movie screening, workshops, and much more.

Dubbed the POP Montreal Funhouse, the event takes place from June 5-7th and incorporates elements from POP’s various segments, including Art POP, Film POP, POP Montreal Symposium, Puces POP & Fashion POP. All events are free-of-charge, and if you miss something, the entire weekend slate will be available on the POP Funhouse site after the weekend wraps up.

Highlights of the programming include live sets from Leif Vollebekk, TEKE TEKE, and Lydia Képinski, a screening of the horror classic Night of the Living Dead with a live score performed by members of Yamantaka // Sonic Titan, a virtual workshop with acclaimed film composer Mark Korven (The Witch, The Lighthouse), a beat-making session with Loop Sessions Toronto, and much more.
