Photos: Montreal foodies united for YUL EAT

If chefs truly are the new rock stars, then it only makes sense that they deserve their own three-day festival; enter YUL EAT, the cleverly-named foodie festival that just wrapped up in Old Montreal.

Featuring everything from food trucks, cooking workshops and a local marketplace to events like Sunday’s Waiter Run and live music every night, YUL EAT offered something to both diehard foodies and amateur chefs alike, who all braved this weekend’s sweltering heat to stroll through the festival site.

Below you can check out photos from the weekend courtesy of Vitor Munhoz, including shots of local bands The Damn Truth, Andee and Folly & the Hunter.

Eat anything good at the fest? Let us know what you thought of this year’s YUL EAT in the comments below!
