Australian political rock legends Midnight Oil are set to return to Montreal for the first time in over 15 years. The band will bring their “Great Circle 2017” World Tour to Place des Arts on Wednesday, August 23, with ample support from Canada’s own Matthew Good and Rival Sons. Tickets range from $60.25 to $91. 75 (including fees) and go on-sale Friday, May 26 at 10:00 am.
Midnight Oil are in the midst of a massive re-issue campaign including “The Vinyl Collection” (all their studio LP’s and EP’s), “The Full Tank” (all their CD’s and music videos) and “The Overflow Tank” (featuring over 14 hours of previously unreleased and rare material). The Tank sets are available in Canada on May 26, with the vinyl set due June 9.
