Marvel’s The Falcon and The Winter Soldier gets a Disney+ release date and trailer

The first trailer for Marvel’s The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is finally here. The long-awaited Marvel Studios show will debut on Disney+ on March 19, 2021.

Taking place after the events of Avengers: Endgame, the show features Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie) taking the shield after Steve Rogers’ retirement with Cap’s ex-partner Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) along for the ride.

Filming on the show was put on hold this past March due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, and began filming again a few months ago.

Check out the first trailer below, which is full of the sort of banter and action that made both characters such fan-favourites in the MCU.
