Marc Maron and Kate Nash push for a GLOW movie to wrap-up the series after its abrupt cancellation

A day after the news that Netflix had cancelled GLOW due to the difficulties of completing the new season in the midst of the pandemic, series star Marc Maron posted a video pushing for the studio to allow them to wrap up the series with a movie.

“OK, so you don’t want to do the show anymore — let us make a movie,” Maron said in a video posted to Instagram Tuesday afternoon. “They had the whole season laid out, we know sort of where it’s going to go,” he continues. “Why don’t you give the showrunners and  the writers and the cast an opportunity to finish the story in a movie?”

GLOW co-star Kate Nash shared Maron’s video, adding “fuck it let’s be actual glow girls and #saveglow.”

Check out a clip of Maron’s video below. Let’s hope #saveglow gains some momentum and allows the cast and crew to wrap-up the various threads left over from the previous three seasons.
