Dave Chappelle hosting this week’s Saturday Night Live with musical guest Foo Fighters

Dave Chappelle famously hosted Saturday Night Live just after President Trump’s election in 2016, and he’ll return to 30 Rock as the first host following the 2020 election this Saturday, November 7, with recently announced musical guest Foo Fighters (hopefully, we’ll know who actually won the election by then). Either way, Chappelle’s monologue is bound to be memorable, and Foo Fighters are one of the most dependable SNL musical guests around (this will be their eighth time playing the show).

Foo Fighters last played SNL back in 2017, in support of their Concrete and Gold album. The band hasn’t released a new studio album since, so hopefully, we’ll get a preview of what they’ve been working on since then.
