Montreal punk trio Les Shirley has dropped their debut full-length album, Forever is Now.

Les Shirley (vocalist/guitarist Raphaëlle Chouinard, bassist Sarah Dion, and drummer Lisandre Bourdages) formed in 2018 with a sound that merges melodic pop-punk with a rock n’ roll edge (no surprise since Dion and Bourdages also play in Montreal’s killer punk/rock group NOBRO).

Forever is Now blends elements of ’90s pop-punk with anthemic rock ballads and even an exuberant synth-heavy track, for an exciting and unpredictable genre-hopping ride through the band’s varied influences.

Check out the videos for “Fuck it I’m in Love” and “Easy Target,” along with a stream of Forever is Now below. For more on Les Shirley, head to the band’s Bandcamp page.
