While Montreal’s 8:00 PM COVID curfew remains in effect, a new weekly livestream concert series is aiming to make the curfew something to look forward to.
Indie Montreal’s Les dimanches couvre-fun will present livestream shows from some of Montreal’s best live acts each Sunday at 8:00 PM, from March 7 to April 4. The lineup includes : Millimetrik (March 7), The Liquor Store (March 14), Elephant Stone (March 21), Titelaine (March 28), and Urban Science Brass Band (April 4).
Each set will be broadcast from a different Montreal venue and feature a unique live format, from a special Big Band performance by The Liquor Store to an all-request set from Urban Science Brass Band in their walkabout format. Each performance will also be followed by an artist interview.
Tickets run $8 per show, or $30 for a pass (plus taxes), and are available here.
Check out a teaser trailer for the series below.
Les dimanches couvre-fun runs from March 7 – April 4.
