Santa Teresa Festival returns to the sleepy suburban town of Sainte-Thérèse this May, with an eclectic lineup including Russian protest group Pussy Riot, Canadian R&B sensation Daniel Caesar, Belgian rapper Roméo Elvis, and much more.
