Straight from the slums of Shaolin, the Wu-Tang Clan is set to bring their 36 Chambers 25th Anniversary Celebration Tour to Laval’s Place Bell on July 12.
The hip hop collective’s debut album, 1993’s Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) is widely considered one of the greatest hip hop albums of all time, aided by RZA’s dense and grimy production and verses alongside a murderers row of MC’s including Method Man, GZA, Ol’ Dirty Bastard (RIP), Inspectah Deck, Raekwon, U-God, and Masta Killa.
According to recent setlists, Wu-Tang have performed 36 Chambers in full, while adding in a number of tracks from members’ solo albums (including Ol’ Dirty Bastards’ son, Young Dirty Bastard, performing his father’s tracks).
Tickets for the Place Bell show go on-sale May 10 at 10:00 am via evenko, but we have a pair of tickets up for grabs before they even go on-sale!
