Following the release of their contentious Teal covers LP earlier this year, Weezer took the stage at Coachella last night with a few surprise guests in tow.
The band first brought out Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith from Tears for Fears for a collaborative take on the band’s 1985 smash “Everybody Wants to Rule the World,” and then proceeded to team up with TLC’s Chilli for a run through of the 1999 TLC hit “No Scrubs.”
Check out fan-shot footage of both performances below.
Coachella continues today with performances from Ariana Grande, Chvrches, a “Sunday Service” from Kanye West, and much more. Check out the live stream here.
