After filing for bankruptcy protection last year, claiming to be $5 million in debt, Montebello Rockfest is back (sort of). Now rebranded as Montebello Rock, founder Alex Martel has resurrected the festival and will bring it back to Montebello, Quebec on June 14-15, 2019.
No acts have ben announced yet, but according to the Montebello Rock site, “the event will feature 30 rock, punk and metal bands on two outdoor stages, craft beers, camp fire stories with rock legends, secret shows all over the town and all the usual Montebello fun.” The site mentions that acts will be announced in March.
Passes start at $69, and go on-sale Thursday, February 28 via the official Montebello Rock site. You can check out our photos and reviews from previous iterations of the festival here.
