Stereolab announce extensive 2019 tour, reissue campaign

Stereolab is set to play their first dates in over a decade this year.

The band has just announced an extensive touring schedule for 2019, that will see them hitting Europe, the UK, and North America, including a stop at Montreal’s Corona Theatre on October 1, 2019.

Pre-sale tickets for all shows go on-sale tomorrow (February 21). Check out all of the upcoming dates below.

The band has also revealed plans for an elaborate reissue campaign. Following the reissue of their Switched On releases last year, the band will continue the series will remastered versions of Transient Random Noise-Bursts With Announcements, Mars Audiac Quintet, Emperor Tomato Ketchup, Dots and Loops, Cobra and Phases Group Play Voltage in the Milky Night, Sound-Dust, and Margerine Eclipse, on vinyl, CD, and digital platforms this year.


From the Stereolab site: “The band have also produced a super limited edition of 500 clear vinyl copies and 250 compact disks – each will have a numbered obi band made from 2″ 24 track Stereolab master tape.” You can check out a mock-up of the sets below.
