Photos: Florence and the Machine delivered an epic, cathartic set at Centre Bell

After a jaw-dropping set at last year’s Osheaga, it was clear that Florence Welch was a total rock star, and last night’s headlining arena set at Centre Bell only reinforced that foregone conclusion.

Nearly every Florence and the Machine track is an anthem, but Welch didn’t waste any time getting to the real heavy hitters last night, with the massive one-two punch of “Ship to Wreck” and “Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up)” getting play in the opening moments of last night’s show (the latter performed at the back of the Centre Bell floor).

Below you can check out photos from the show, along with the night’s setlist (note: we are only permitted to post three shots). All photos courtesy of Jason Hughes. For all upcoming tour dates visit florenceandthemachine.net.
