Pokey Lafarge
Théâtre Corona
April 1, 2015
Pokey Lafarge takes his commitment to American roots rock seriously. From the mass of vintage gear on stage at yesterday’s show at Théâtre Corona, to the night’s eclectic mix of energetic ragtime, swing, blues and country, it’s obvious that Lafarge’s infatuation with all forms of early American roots music is genuine, and his commitment to representing that material in a live context is basically unrivaled.
Below you can check out photos from the night, including openers The Cactus Blossoms, courtesy of Jason Hughes. For more info and all upcoming tour dates, visit pokeylafarge.net.
